Welcome to my website. I know that when
you are looking to find a therapist or service provider and you do not already
know them personally, you are taking a risk. I strongly believe in the
importance of finding someone with whom you can feel comfortable and also know
that they will respect you as well. I believe it is difficult to do this
when you have not met face-to-face. However, to the extent that it is
possible I have tried to include information on this site that can help you
decide if my approach to therapy or wellness training is close enough to your
own that you would want to contact me and investigate further. If you have
any questions or comments after browsing the information here, please let me
